About me

I’m a “Professional. Athlete” living in South Florida with my wife. I lead growth for a health-tech startup called Veri, where we are trying to end the metabolic health crisis.

I spend my time training as a hybrid triathlete, helping others improve their relationship with health and fitness, all while learning how to leverage my passions for the glory of God.

What makes me, well, me...

Marriage

My wife is the greatest blessing I've ever been given. I call her "My Rib" because I feel like she is a part of me that was missing. My greatest purpose in life is to build a garden in which she can flourish.

Fitness

One of the greatest joys of my life is training and competing. I'm a former collegiate athlete turned triathlete. I'm not the best, but I feel the most like myself a few miles in to a run, or raging in the weight room.

Growth

I lead growth for Veri, a health tech company looking to end the metabolic health crisis. I spent 15 years leading growth & product teams and love geeking out over data and building growth loops.

Faith

The biggest influence on my life and the lens through which I see the world is Jesus. He has had a profound impact on my life and I desire nothing more to be more like Him.

What is a "Professional. Athlete"?

I’ve coined the term “Professional. Athlete” to unite people who are dedicated to their careers and staying fit.

In today’s world, social media bombards us with images of perfect bodies and easy fitness tricks, all while we’re facing a global health crisis. But within this landscape, there’s a special group: “Professional. Athletes”.

These individuals work hard in both their jobs and their fitness routines. They don’t just focus on being fit; they have other important parts of their lives too. They may not win big races or be in the spotlight, but they’re always striving to improve—not just for themselves, but for their families and the future.

Through my Letters to a “Professional. Athlete,” I hope to inspire, connect, and help grow this group and deepen its identity as a “Professional. Athlete”.
